If something isn’t right with a book
Tell us the book’s title and roughly when you made it, and we’ll find it. If one page came out wrong — a name spelled oddly, or a picture that doesn’t match the story — let us know which page. It helps if you write from the email address you signed up with.
Quick answers

Billing, refunds and your account
Everything about what you’re charged, how the free week on the annual plan works, refunds, and the fact that every book you’ve already made stays yours to read is in our terms. If you can’t find what you need there, just email us and we’ll sort it out.
